Sustained, inclusive & sustainable economic growth

NCA equips skilled and semi- skilled workers through training and accreditation. However, Majority of youth and women keen on the construction industry are still left out and therefore disadvantaged in terms of attaining decent work. This is partly because they lack the resources necessary to get trained and acquire credible professional skills. In addition, Contractors are skeptical about assigning tasks to laborers who lack professional accreditation. TMF therefore comes in to bridge the gap.

Our Objectives

  • Collaborate with relevant Government and Non-governmental institutions to offer placement to students.
  • To provide scholarships to persons with interest in construction related courses at middle and higher levels of education.
  • To build back better livelihoods shattered by pandemics.
  • To offer placement opportunities in the construction industry.
  • To offer holistic training opportunities to semi-skilled laborers in preparation for accreditation.
